Unlike some major retailers that would like to keep pumping the dollar bills out of our handbags, Payless has actually realized that the masses are as poor as church mice, but yet, still yearn to be fashionable. Hence, they have teamed up with some of the coolest and cutest designer/contemporary labels to bring style and value together in the most harmonious of unions.

Lela Rose regularly brings about flirty, feminine silhouettes within the higher-end market. Wow, I had no idea Payless was doing collaborations of this sort! Kind of like Target - many months ago I had to buy two identical pairs of Loeffler Randall for Target shoes because they were so cute. The quality of some of the shoes were like "eh" of course, but some of them were passable. I may have to peek in at Payless at some point!
Nayah is going to love those pink and black shoes. She loves ballet flats. I went and bought her some coach sandals the other day and she didnt really care for them. She is going to flip out when I show her those cute shoes. I would have never looked at payless because I cant ever find anything nice for her, but I'm taking her there tomorrow to get those shoes.
